About us

Vision Made Co Pty Ltd is an Australian private company registered in Queensland and trading as Vision Made Co. We are an Australian made supplement and beverage manufacturer that helps businesses create and launch their own brands. Our services include new product development, ingredient and material sourcing, production, regulatory and compliance guidance, branding and design, and HASTA sports approval support.

Confidential information and privacy

We take the confidentiality of your information seriously, including product ideas, formulation concepts and brand plans you share with us. Information you give us through this website (including the Book a Call, Formulate and Contact forms) will be used to understand your project, respond to your enquiry and, where you go ahead with us, to deliver our services. We store this information on secure systems, and only Vision Made Co staff and contractors who need it can access it.

We will not rent, sell or trade your personal or business information. We may change our approach to privacy from time to time, but a change will only apply to information you give us after the change. We will not use information you have already given us in a way that goes against the policy that applied when you gave it. We will publish any changes on this website. If you need a formal confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement before sharing a formulation or product concept, please ask us before you send the details.

Through this website, you may book a free discovery call, submit a Formulate enquiry or receive preliminary information, such as indicative pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, packaging options or formulation suggestions.

When you book a call, submit an enquiry or otherwise contact us through this website, you agree (as a binding agreement between you and us) that:

• any information, pricing, timeframe or formulation suggestion we give you before a written quote is accepted is indicative only and not an offer to supply;
• we will only manufacture, source, design or supply goods or services after you accept a written quote, proposal or manufacturing agreement issued by Vision Made Co, and our obligations are limited to the scope set out in that document and its accompanying terms of trade;
• as the brand owner, you remain responsible for your product’s labelling, marketing claims, advertising and regulatory classification (for example, whether it is a listed complementary medicine, a food or a sports food), unless we have expressly agreed in writing to take on a specific compliance task; and
• HASTA approval, retail listings and third-party certifications are granted by independent bodies. We can support your application, but we cannot guarantee an outcome.

If you join The Vision Lab, you agree to receive emails from us about supplement manufacturing, industry news, new products and our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. The newsletter is for general information only and the ‘No professional, health or regulatory advice’ section above applies to it.
